Rental Information

How early should I reserve equipment?

We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance. Same-day requests are accepted based on availability and may include a rush fee.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, delivery and professional setup is available across Connecticut, New England, and New York, for an additional fee. However, self-pickup is free.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes, deposits are fully refundable once equipment is returned in good condition and passes inspection. This is separate from your rental fee.

What if equipment is damaged?

Report any issues immediately. Damage is billed according to the item's damage policy, and your deposit may be partially held to cover repairs.

General Policies

  • •Valid ID is required at pickup for identity verification.
  • •A refundable security deposit may apply and is held separately from rental charges.
  • •Late returns are charged at the published overtime hourly rate.
  • •Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start are non-refundable.
  • •Renter is responsible for loss, theft, and damage during the rental period.
